A super quick and easy project!  Wrap some favorite treats in a measuring spoon, cover and tie it shut with a parrot safe rope or jute.  We cut a piece of coffee filter off and tied it shut with Paulie Rope.

In this example, you could start from the very beginning and use an uncovered cup.  Make sure your parrot is watching when you introduce the cup and put a treat in it.
