A super quick and easy project!  Wrap some favorite treats in a measuring spoon, cover and tie it shut with a parrot safe rope or jute.  We cut a piece of coffee filter off and tied it shut with Paulie Rope.  

Foraging Trays are easy, fun and inexpensive to put together.  You can buy shallow organizing trays at the dollar stores, Target, Wal-mart, heck even Walgreens probably has them. 

Teaching your parrot to forage is a great way to keep them active and content. It can also help prevent unwanted behaviors like pacing, bar biting and plucking.  Whether your parrot is new to foraging or just stuck at a certain level, these tips will help.
